Message From the Founder

Bryan Sask (1950-2020) started Key Innovations in 1982. In his own words…

“For many years I was driving Safeway trucks. I didn’t like the long hours and days away from my young family. So, I decided to start my own business where I discovered the hours were even longer! At least I could do paperwork at home. I believed at the time that in the future computers would take over most jobs and I wanted to have a business so my children would have a job when they grew up. Two of my three children have now worked in the business with me.

I started out doing custom printed clothing for teams. One day someone asked if I could make a custom printed watch. From there I expended into offering every kind of branded product.

I have seen good times and bad times over the years. I am still working with customers I have dealt with for over 30 years. I don’t want to retire completely because it is those relationships that I love so much.”

Message From the President

Bryson Sask is the son of the company founder, Bryan Sask, and joined Key Innovations in 2001. Here is why Bryson is in this business:

I like this business because I get to help people. My mother was a nurse (natural caregiver) and my father enjoyed teaching and coaching people in softball. I think that is where my joy of helping people comes from.

Every day I get to solve a challenge for a customer by suggesting ideas for branding their organization. I get to show people something cool, have fun, and design artwork to make their items look amazing. I want our customers to be proud of giving out that item custom branded for their company.

When I first joined the company in 2001, I was going to school full time, and working full time. This business was the perfect fit because I could go to class when I needed, and work time was flexible so I could take care of things before or after class.

Over the years there have been ups and downs. Today, I love this business because I have become an expert in it and I feel our media is such a powerful tool for developing a brand. My goal is to show customers exactly what our branded media can do for them.
