Bryan opens a showroom in Cloverdale, offering promo products in Surrey BC.
Bryan wanted to give customers assurance in seeing samples so they knew exactly what they would receive before they commit to buying.
Expanded product line to include items like pens, water bottles, bags, and lanyards.
Bryan’s son, Bryson, joins the company and learns how to give incredible customer service and satisfaction.
You can say that Bryson was born into the business and has educated himself as an expert in branding
Over the years Bryan trained many people. A core group has always been a part of Key Innovations
Jennifer Kydd joins Key Innovations taking over as Office Manager and Graphic Designer
Jenn has become the go-to source for taking a basic sketch of a design and turning it into a work of art.
Kathy Desjarlais joins the company in sales.
Kathy’s not new to the promo world because she also grew up in her own family business.
Bryson officially takes over Key Innovations from Bryan. Bryan continues to work with clients in semi-retirement.
Key Innovations has a rich past because of the years of hard work Bryan put in. The future is yet to be written and will include challenging projects, more hard work, and a team of dedicated professionals to service customers.
