Terms and Conditions
Delivery Time
Delivery is generally four to eight weeks based on demand. Arrange a group order with us for faster delivery and tailored options. Contact cs@keyinnovations.ca for group order inquiries.
Return Policy
You are buying a custom branded product created especially for you and cannot be used by anyone else. For that reason, no returns or exchanges are possible. Please consult the size guide with each item to ensure the correct size is ordered.
Shipping
All items ordered will ship to you at the address specified. Order pickup is not possible. Shipping is a flat fee of $14 and ships to the address you enter*.
*FREE Shipping and additional discounts are possible when you arrange a group order with us in advance. Please contact cs@keyinnovations.ca for details.
Courier Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims
Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.
Order Changes
Orders may be changed by logging into your account and modifying your order. Changes are only possible if work is not already in progress.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if work has not already been started. Please contact us at cs@keyinnovations.ca to check availability of cancellation. Please have your order # available.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for payment and will be available on checkout.
Prices and Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted are subject to change at any time.
Taxes
Taxes are applicable to Canadian customers and are applied based on which province your order is shipped to. International orders are not accepted.
