Terms and Conditions
Delivery Time
Delivery is generally 2-10 weeks based on demand. Orders are collected from all PRC Teams and grouped together for production. When 12 or more items using the same design are in the queue, production moves ahead.
Shipping
All items ordered will ship to the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre regardless of the shipping address you enter. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up at the Leisure Centre (11925 Haney Place). Package will be labelled with your name and department, if provided.
Courier Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims
Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.
Return Policy
You are buying a custom branded product created especially for you and cannot be used by anyone else. For that reason, no returns or exchanges are possible. Please consult the size guide with each item to ensure the correct size is ordered.
Order Changes
Changes are only possible if work is not already in progress. Please email us at cs@keyinnovations.ca with any change requests.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if work has not already been started. Please contact us at cs@keyinnovations.ca to check availability of cancellation. Please have your order # available.
Payment
Orders are invoiced on delivery. Invoices are emailed to email address on file. Payment will be cheque issued by the City of Maple Ridge. Credit card payment is not required.
Prices and Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted are subject to change at any time.
Taxes
GST and PST will be applied where required and are in addition to prices shown.
