Ordering Instructions: can be viewed here.
Delivery Time: Generally 2-10 weeks based on demand. Orders are collected from all Maple Ridge Park Departments and grouped together for production. When 12 or more items using the same design are in the queue, production moves ahead.
Shipping: All items ordered will ship to the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre regardless of the shipping address you enter at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up at the Leisure Centre (11925 Haney Place). Package will be labelled with your name and department, if provided.
Return Policy: No returns or exchanges are possible on any items that are customized with a logo and/or name. Please consult each item and scroll through pictures to see the size guide to ensure the correct fit.
